We understand how difficult studying English can be when it is not the first language of one’s family, and as such we have plenty of experience with developing the confidence and vocabularies of children who don’t primarily speak English at home. This takes a gentle and understanding temperament, which is something in which we put a great deal of stock when hiring and training tutors.
Similarly, many of our tutors have training and experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as dyslexia, which can affect reading and comprehension. If your child has struggled with a condition of this kind that is impacting their achievement in English, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we will do everything we can to provide them with the care and resources they need to succeed.
We teach classes from Year 1 to Year 13, so whether your child is just starting to build their vocabulary, or they’re getting to grips with Shakespeare and Joyce, we have a class for them.
Many of our tutors have training and experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as dyspraxia, which can affect skills with calculations and logic. If your child has struggled with a condition of this kind that is impacting their achievement in Maths, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we will do everything we can to provide them with the care and resources they need to succeed.
Our classes span from Year 1 to Year 13, so whether your child is working on basic counting and arithmetic, or they’re mastering quadratics and logarithmic scales, we can lend a hand.
